V&A Friday Late: Dreams and Desires

A collaboration with dancer and choreographer Anders Duckworth on their project Mapping Gender, creating large flags which were installed during the V&A Friday Late: Dreams and Desires, June 2024. Escaping to fantastical worlds and expanding your imagination the Friday Late celebrated the Fragile Beauty exhibition.

Each flag relates to a challenging border using satellite images from Google maps and colours from the LGBTQ+ flags creating dynamic and graphic images. The flags were displayed alongside the adapted performance of Mapping Gender in the beautiful Raphael Cartoons room.
